From there you can see that the issue of pregnancy is 100% the will of God Almighty and there is nothing on earth that can determine pregnancy other than God.
Therefore you start every effort to get children always ask Him. Improve your relationship with God and fellow human beings. If you are less concerned about the religious aspect to your problem, then any tips I provide will not be any good.
